Applications: MOLCAL™ CAR is widely used in the food industry as a dietary calcium supplement, acidity regulator, anti-caking agent, white food colorant and dough conditioner. It is used to enrich foods and beverages (like cereals, fruit juices and dairy products) with calcium to support bone health and prevent deficiencies. It is also used to prevent caking in powdered foods and improve texture in processed foods.
